That’s a good question – we have set out some examples here – basically we use the gform_after_submission hook to collect the form submission data, and then using PHP build a JSON string to post to the ClickUp API

No, you can create Lists, Folders, Goals, Spaces, Tags, Tasks, Task Checklists, Task Templates…… The majority of what we do for clients is creating new tasks (with or without specific task templates) upon a form submission, but just ask us what you need and we can help!

Why shouldn’t I just use Zapier?

You can use Zapier, but there is an ongoing cost, and each form is a different “zap” and how many zaps a month is in your account. With our service, it’s setup and done, with no limits on submissions etc

Why shouldn’t I just use Clickup Forms Embedded on my website?

Clickup Form embeds offer limited styling options and limit what else your can do with the form data (send it to your email marketing tool, track with analytics, collect data from polls, user registration etc). Embedded ClickUp forms will not redirect to another URL after submission making Lead Tracking, and conversion measurement impossible. Gravity forms connected to ClickUp gives far greater flexibility in terms of styling and use of collected data
